Important fee & scope note

Land surveying is licensed and regulated professional work requiring document research, fieldwork, and legal preparation. Project fees typically range from $2,500 for straightforward boundary work to $12,500 or more for complex or multi-phase projects. Most residential and small commercial projects fall between $5,000 and $10,000 for normal operating timelines. Timeline and site complexity are the two biggest factors in determining final project costs — expedited schedules and complex properties will affect pricing accordingly. This is not a bid or a quote for services. Actual fees depend on site complexity, available records, and regulatory requirements.

Upload any relevant documents such as deeds, plats, COS, easements, permits, or photos.
